I was tracking prompt versions, costs, and outputs in a shared spreadsheet. It got messy fast and was impossible to scale.
Switched to Langfuse last week for the observability features. The pricing seems fair for our small team. Curious about others' experiences: any hidden costs or gotchas we should watch for? How are you using it specifically for prompt management versus just general monitoring?
