Hey everyone, I'm still pretty new to the DevOps world, coming from a sysadmin background. My team is exploring tools to help us document our internal processes, like setting up our local Kubernetes dev environments or our Docker build pipelines.
We tried using Jasper for writing these internal knowledge base articles. The idea was to save time, but it feels... off? It adds a lot of marketing-style fluff to simple, step-by-step technical instructions. We need clear, concise steps, not creative descriptions.
Has anyone else tried using AI writing tools like Jasper for purely internal, technical docs? Did you run into similar issues, or find a way to make it work? Maybe it's just a bad fit for this use case. Appreciate any insights you have!
