Hi everyone. I'm new here and trying to learn. My team is looking at Hailuo for processing support tickets and internal documents (mostly text, some scanned PDFs).
We need a good balance of fast answers and correct answers. I’ve seen general benchmarks online, but I'm nervous about applying them to our specific case.
Could you please share how you tested this for your own documents? What kind of tasks or sample files did you use to compare speed and accuracy? I want to make sure we set up a fair test.
