Comparing Hailuo's support plans. Is the 'Enterprise' tier worth 5x the cost?

Hey folks, I've been running Hailuo for my team's integration testing pipelines for about six months now, starting on Pro and recently evaluating a jump to Enterprise. The pricing difference is... significant. We all want robust support, but 5x the monthly cost makes you stop and really scrutinize what you're getting.

From my analysis, the core differences seem to be:

* **SLA Guarantees:** Pro offers "business hours" support with an 8-hour response target. Enterprise promises 24/7 with a 1-hour initial response for critical issues. That's huge for us, as our automation runs overnight.
* **Technical Account Manager (TAM):** This is Enterprise-only. Having a single point of contact who knows our architecture is a major efficiency boost, versus filing tickets into a queue.
* **Custom Integration Support:** Pro covers their standard connectors. Enterprise includes support for building and troubleshooting custom API integrations, which we're increasingly relying on.
* **Training & Onboarding Credits:** Enterprise comes with dedicated sessions, while Pro is mostly documentation and webinars.

So, is it worth it? For a small team with predictable schedules, Pro is probably sufficient. But if you're in a true DevOps cycle with multi-timezone teams and complex, business-critical workflows, the Enterprise tier shifts from a "support" cost to an "operational resilience" investment. The TAM alone can save dozens of hours in back-and-forth troubleshooting.

I'd love to hear from others who've made the switch. Did the faster SLA resolution actually minimize downtime? Has the TAM helped you optimize workflows beyond just fixing problems? Concrete ROI stories would be really helpful for my final decision.
