Hey folks, hoping someone can help me trace a ghost in the machine. I was reviewing our Grok dashboard for lead scoring performance yesterday and noticed a key metric tile had been moved and a filter on source medium was removed. I know for a fact my team didn't do it.
Naturally, I went straight to the **User Activity Logs** in Settings > Audit. Filtered for "Dashboard" events around the time window when the change must have occurred. The log is... empty for that period. No "Edited Dashboard" entries at all for any user. It's like the change never got logged.
Has anyone else run into this? I'm trying to piece together what might have happened:
* Are there certain dashboard actions (like rearranging tiles) that *aren't* captured in the activity logs?
* Could it be a caching issue where the log is delayed or incomplete?
* Or is there another place I should be looking, like API logs (if a script or integration made the change)?
For context, we're on the Business plan. Our user permissions are pretty locked downβonly three admins should be able to edit that dashboard. I've checked with them all.
This is a bit concerning for our governance. If we can't audit changes reliably, it opens up risk. Appreciate any insights or similar experiences 🙏
