We were on Granola for about eight months. The promised workflow automation never materialized because most of the team found it too complex. The learning curve killed it.
We switched to a more straightforward, single-purpose tool last quarter. The difference is stark. Granola's adoption hovered around 30%. Now we're at 95% active usage. The cost was actually higher per seat, but the ROI is finally there because people actually use it. Sometimes a simpler, more expensive tool is cheaper. Has anyone else seen this with over-engineered platforms?
