Hey everyone, I'm hoping someone else has run into this and can point me in the right direction! 😅
We've been using Granola for a few months now to track our sales pipeline, and overall we love the clarity it gives us. But we've hit a really odd snag this week. When our team inputs new deals, the values are showing up as ten times larger than what we're actually entering. For example, a deal we key in as $5,000 appears as $50,000 in the dashboard, forecasts, and reports.
It's throwing off our entire quarterly forecast, and the sales team is getting nervous. I've been digging through all the settings I can think ofβthe deal stage settings, the pipeline configuration, even the user permissions and currency settingsβbut I can't find anything that would be multiplying values. The currency is set to USD, and there's no mention of a scaling factor anywhere.
Has anyone experienced this? Is there some hidden "unit" setting (like thousands vs. units) that we might have missed during setup? We're on the Business plan, if that makes a difference. I'm starting to wonder if it's a bug, but I wanted to check here for a config solution before I file a support ticket.
