Hey everyone! 👋 I've been diving into Gemini at my company for the past few weeks, mainly using it to help our sales team with outreach and research. The initial feedback is super positiveβ€”they love how fast it can draft emails and summarize accounts. But I've been tasked with moving beyond the "this feels useful" stage.

My manager wants to know: **is Gemini actually moving the needle on revenue?** We need to prove if it's helping us close more deals, not just save time. I'm coming from a data analytics background (SQL, Looker), so I want to set up a proper measurement framework.

I'm thinking we need to track metrics before and after rolling out Gemini, but I'm a bit stuck on the specifics. Here's my initial brainstorm:
* **Lead response time:** Does using Gemini for email drafts help us reply faster, and does that correlate to higher engagement?
* **Meeting conversion rate:** Do emails/outreach created with Gemini lead to more scheduled discovery calls?
* **Deal velocity:** Does it shorten the sales cycle for deals where Gemini was actively used in the process?
* **Win rate:** This is the big one. Can we isolate a cohort of deals where Gemini was used vs. those where it wasn't and compare win rates?

The tricky part is the "where Gemini was used" bit. How are other teams tracking adoption and linking it to deal outcomes in their CRM? Do you tag opportunities? Log usage in another system?

I'd love a detailed walkthrough or any beginner recommendations on how to structure this analysis. What's the most straightforward way to connect Gemini usage to closed-won deals in a way that our leadership will trust? Any pitfalls to avoid?
