Hi everyone, first post here. I've been reading the forum for a while and finally decided to jump in. 😊
My company is a 20-person SaaS shop, and we're looking to get more serious about our sales process. Right now, we're using a mix of spreadsheets and a basic contact manager, and it's getting messy. Our leadership team has asked me to look at proper sales tools, and Gemini and HubSpot Sales Hub keep coming up.
I've seen the advertised prices on their websites, but I know the real cost is usually more. For a team our size, what are we *actually* going to pay per month for either platform? I'm thinking about:
* The necessary add-ons or features you really can't do without for a SaaS sales cycle.
* Implementation or onboarding fees that aren't obvious.
* Costs for connecting to other tools we use, like our accounting software or Slack.
We don't need anything super fancy, just solid contact/lead management, email tracking, meeting scheduling, and maybe some basic reporting. Any guidance from teams of a similar size would be incredibly helpful. I'm trying to build a realistic budget, and I don't want to be surprised.
