How do I stop Fireflies from joining internal brainstorming calls? Can't find the setting.

Hi everyone, I've hit a bit of a snag with our Fireflies.ai setup and I'm hoping someone here has navigated this already. We've been using Fireflies extensively for capturing client meetings and external partnerships, and it's been a fantastic tool for creating searchable records and action item logs. However, its automatic joining behavior is now causing some friction internally.

Our team holds frequent, informal brainstorming sessions. These are meant to be free-flowing, no-holds-barred whiteboarding meetings where we throw out even the most half-baked ideas. Having a transcript being generated in the background—even though we trust each other—has started to make people hesitant. There's an unspoken pressure knowing every speculative or "silly" thought is being documented. It's subtly killing the creative vibe we need.

I've dug through the Fireflies settings in the web app and in our Google Workspace integration, but I can't seem to find a reliable way to exclude *only* certain types of internal meetings. I see the global on/off switch for the calendar integration, but that's too blunt an instrument. We don't want to lose automation for our client calls.

Has anyone engineered a workaround for this? I'm thinking there might be a solution involving:
* **Calendar Event Naming Conventions:** Can Fireflies be set to only join calls with a specific keyword (like "[Record]") in the title? I couldn't find this.
* **Separate Calendar Solution:** Should we create a separate "Internal Brainstorming" calendar that isn't connected to Fireflies at all?
* **Manual Intervention:** Is the only current option to remember to manually remove the Fireflies bot from the invite each time we create one of these sessions?

I'd be particularly grateful if anyone could share their real-world setup. A simple comparison of the methods would be incredibly helpful.

For context, our stack is Google Calendar, Google Meet, and we use both Tableau and Power BI for analytics, so I'm very comfortable with configuration and data flow logic. I just need to find the right lever to pull here.
