Hey everyone, hoping someone here has run into this before. I've been loving Fireflies.ai for automating my meeting notes and CRM updates (I have it syncing to HubSpot), but I've hit a really frustrating snag.
For the last week or so, my recordings are consistently missing the first two to three minutes of every meeting. It doesn't matter if it's a Google Meet, Zoom, or even a direct dial-in. The bot joins on time, but the playback and transcript start well after introductions and agenda-setting are done, which is often where the key context lives.
Here’s what I’ve tried already:
- Double-checked all calendar integrations and ensured the bot is set to join 5 minutes early.
- Confirmed my meeting invites have the Fireflies dial-in info correctly appended.
- Re-authenticated all my calendar connections.
- Reached out to support, who suggested clearing my browser cache, which I did without any change.
It's throwing off my workflow automation a bit, as those initial minutes sometimes contain lead scoring triggers or project codes I need captured. Has anyone else experienced this recently? Any secret setting I might be missing, or is this potentially a wider platform issue? Would really appreciate any insights before my next round of client calls tomorrow.
