Hi everyone, new here! I'm helping my sales team pick a meeting transcription tool. We demo'd both Fireflies.ai and Otter.ai, and the general accuracy is pretty similar for us.

But we talk about very niche software products all the time. In our tests, both tools sometimes mumbled our product names or competitor names. Has anyone done a direct comparison for this specific use case? Which one handled weird, made-up B2B product names better in your experience? Thanks in advance!
