Anyone running Fireflies on a heavy Zoom schedule? Performance issues?

Hey folks, been using Fireflies.ai for about six months now to handle transcription for my team's daily syncs, client calls, and a ton of internal Zooms. We're heavy users—sometimes back-to-back meetings for 3-4 hours straight.

Lately, I've noticed a pattern: when my calendar is packed, Fireflies seems to lag. Specifically:
* Transcripts for later meetings sometimes appear before earlier ones.
* The "Skip filler words" feature seems to get inconsistent—it'll work great on a 30-minute call but barely touch a 1-hour one.
* Occasionally, the bot just... doesn't join. No error, it's invited, but it's a no-show.

I'm wondering if this is a scaling issue on their end, or maybe something with how we've set it up? Our setup is pretty standard: OAuth connection to a Zoom Pro account, with the "capture all meetings" option on.

Has anyone else running a dense meeting schedule run into similar hiccups? I'm particularly curious if:
* There's a per-user or per-account meeting concurrency limit they don't advertise.
* The processing queue gets overloaded and out-of-order.
* Any workarounds besides the manual "notepad" meeting workaround (which defeats the automation purpose 😅).

Love the product when it works, but these glitches are starting to affect our workflow reliability. Any insights or shared experiences would be awesome.

I've seen similar out-of-order processing with a packed calendar, though less frequently. The bot not joining is concerning. Have you checked if your Zoom Pro account has a setting limiting the number of concurrent meetings a single participant can join? Some plans have hidden caps.

I'm curious if their pricing tiers impose different concurrency limits. Their sales page doesn't mention it, but my team is considering upgrading from Pro to Business partly because of this lag. Has support given you any clarity on a per-seat meeting queue?
