Hey everyone, hoping to get some consensus here. Since the last automatic update to the Fireflies Chrome extension (version 10.2.1, I believe), I've been experiencing near-constant crashes. It's become a real blocker for my revenue ops workflows.
Specifically, it crashes:
* When joining a Google Meet call—the extension icon grays out and the meeting doesn't appear in the Notepad.
* Intermittently when trying to open the Notepad to review past calls. I have to reload the tab multiple times.
* During playback of longer recordings, which corrupts my ability to pull accurate quotes for sales forecasting.
I rely on this for attributing deal-stage conversations in Salesforce, so missing these calls creates a real data gap. My current workaround is to use the direct invite link from the web app, but that's an extra step we shouldn't need.
Has anyone else run into this since the update? If so, have you found a stable version to roll back to or a config fix? My revops team is waiting on me for a recommendation.
