Just tried Fellow for 14 days. The notes feature is powerful, but I'm still figuring out the etiquette. When do you use private vs. shared notes?

My quick take:
- **Private notes:** For my own prep, like drafting tough feedback or noting something sensitive (e.g., "check if budget is approved before mentioning"). Also for post-meeting follow-ups only I need.
- **Shared notes:** For the collaborative agenda, live minutes, and action items everyone agrees on. I'll sometimes drop a quick shared note as a comment to clarify a point.

Is that right? I worry private notes could create information gaps, but shared notes can get too cluttered. How do you all split it?
