Hi everyone. I lurk here a lot and learn so much from you all. 😊
I work in customer support and we're creating some whitepapers to share. We want to track how many people download our PDFs, but I'm not sure the best way to do it. I've seen things like link tracking or maybe putting something on the download page itself? I'd love to hear what's worked for you, especially if it's simple to set up.
I want to know which topics are most useful to our users. Thanks.
