Just discovered the "Remove Filler Words" action in Descript. Ran it on a 45-minute interview I was cleaning up. It flagged hundreds of 'ums,' 'uhs,' and 'likes.'
The real kicker? You can review and approve the deletions in a single click per word type. The time saved versus manually scrubbing waveforms is insane.
Has anyone done a proper time/cost analysis on this? For example:
* Hourly rate of editor/creator
* Time saved per hour of raw audio
* Subscription cost of Descript vs. traditional editor
Wondering what the actual ROI is for a small team doing this weekly. The 3 hours I saved this week is clear, but does it scale linearly with more content?
