Hi everyone. I've been looking into CrewAI for a small project. My team is just three people, and we're new to orchestrating multiple AI agents.
I keep hearing about its flexibility, but the setup seems complex compared to just writing separate scripts. For a small team with basic AWS/Terraform skills, is the learning curve justified? What are the actual benefits we'd see day-to-day?
I'm worried about hidden costs too, like if it runs on our own cloud, how does it scale? Would love to hear from other small teams who tried it.
