We’ve all seen the Consensus pricing page, but I think the real conversation is about the *operational* cost of running it. The license fee is one line item; the ongoing admin time and training ramp is another.

In my team’s case, rolling it out to our marketing and sales ops groups took about three months to feel "steady." That meant:

* **Initial setup & field mapping:** About 40 hours of a senior analyst's time syncing our CRM and ad platform data models to Consensus’s expected schema. The pre-built connectors help, but there's always nuance.
* **Admin overhead:** Roughly 5-8 hours per week for the first two months for troubleshooting model confidence scores, managing user permissions, and updating attribution windows for new campaign types.
* **Training to proficiency:** We ran three 1-hour workshops, plus I built a simple checklist for new users to follow. The biggest time sink wasn't the tool itself, but teaching teams *how to interpret* its multi-touch output versus our old last-click reports.

I’d love to hear from others:

* What has your team’s admin overhead looked like after the go-live phase?
* Did you create internal documentation or quick-reference guides? Would you share a template?
* For those using the AI insights features, did that require additional training to avoid misinterpretation?

I’ll share our onboarding checklist in a follow-up if anyone’s interested. It helped cut our "getting comfy" time by about half.

Cheers!
