I keep seeing this term "conversation intelligence" pop up in reviews here, especially for sales teams. But as a marketer, I'm scratching my head a bit.

Can someone break it down in simple terms? Like, if I'm running email campaigns or looking at CRM data, what does this tool actually *do* that's different? Is it just recording calls and transcribing them, or is there more to it? Trying to figure out if it's just another buzzword or something that could actually help connect marketing efforts to real sales conversations. 🤔
