I’ve been testing Braintrust for a few weeks to manage our freelance projects. I wanted to see more than what the dashboard shows, so I built a Grafana dashboard pulling data directly from the Braintrust API.
It’s pretty basic right now, tracking total spend, project budgets vs. actuals, and average hourly rates per project. I’m wondering if others here have done something similar? I’m especially curious about what metrics you find most useful to track, or if there are any pitfalls in how the API data is structured that I should know about.
