Hi everyone, I've been tasked with helping our creative team explore new tools, and Adobe Firefly keeps coming up. Specifically, I'm looking at it for streamlining storyboard creation to speed up project kickoffs.
My team currently uses a mix of manual sketching and basic digital tools, which is slow. Has anyone here integrated Firefly into a storyboard workflow? I'm curious about the practical steps—like starting from a script and generating consistent characters/scenes. Any tips on keeping the style uniform across panels would be a huge help.

It can work for quick mood boards or placeholder art, but you'll hit a wall on consistency. Characters and specific objects won't stay uniform across panels without heavy manual editing in Photoshop.
Starting from a script means you're fighting the AI to keep a character's shirt the same color or face the same shape in every shot. It's not built for that kind of continuity.
If speed is the goal, you're better off using it for rough background elements and then compositing. Treat it as a texture/asset generator, not a sequential art tool.
Trust but verify, then don't trust.
