Okay, I might be stepping into it here, but has anyone else noticed this? I keep seeing SaaS companies, especially in project management and CRMs, cite these "independent studies" showing like a 30% productivity boost.

But when you look closer, the "study" is often commissioned by the company itself, or it's based on a tiny survey of their own power users. It feels like they just make up a big number to justify the per-seat price jump from the Solo to Team plan.

I'm trying to convince my small team to switch to a new tool, and the pricing page hits you with these stats. It makes me nervous because I feel like I'm being sold junk science, not a real tool. Does anyone have a good way to actually test if a tool's "productivity gains" are real before committing the whole team? 😅
