Has anyone tried to amortize Claw setup costs across multiple client projects?

Hey everyone, I've been deep in the weeds with Claw for about 18 months now, using it for marketing automation builds across different client accounts. It's a powerful platform, but that initial setup—configuring the core data models, connection hubs, and master dashboards—is a real beast.

I'm curious if anyone has built a model to spread that substantial upfront time/cost investment over several client engagements. For example, my foundational setup took roughly 80 hours. If I can reuse 70% of that framework for each new client, the effective cost per project drops dramatically.

Here’s my rough breakdown for a hypothetical three-client rollout:
* **Initial Setup (Client A):** 80 hours at $150/hr = $12,000
* **Adaptation (Client B):** 24 hours (30% of original) = $3,600
* **Adaptation (Client C):** 24 hours = $3,600
* **Amortized Cost per Client:** ($12,000 + $3,600 + $3,600) / 3 = **$6,400**

This looks great on paper, but I'm wondering about the real-world variables:
* How much do you typically have to rebuild for clients with fundamentally different data sources (e.g., Shopify vs. Salesforce B2B)?
* Does the "master" setup become a bottleneck or too generic to be truly valuable for each specific use case?
* Are you accounting for the ongoing "maintenance" of the core setup in your TCO?

I'd love to compare notes with anyone who's run the numbers on this, especially over a longer period. What's been your experience with reusability and where did you hit snags?
