Hey everyone! 👋 I've been seeing Claw pop up more and more in conversations about enterprise project portfolio management. Our team is seriously considering it, but the published enterprise pricing feels... a bit opaque and "contact us" heavy.
Before we dive into a sales call, I'd love to hear from any of you who have actually been through a negotiation with them. We're a 75-person product team, and we'd need the full suite (portfolio, resource management, advanced analytics).
I'm trying to build a realistic TCO model, and the licensing part is the biggest variable. Some specific things I'm wondering:
* Did you manage to get discounts for annual upfront payment vs. monthly? What kind of percentage?
* Were you able to bundle features or get certain modules (like their new AI predictor) included at a lower cost?
* Is there flexibility on the per-user price as you scale past certain tiers (e.g., 50, 100, 200 users)?
* Any non-price concessions that added value? Things like extended onboarding support, dedicated CSM time, or API call increases?
We've had good luck negotiating custom deals with other tools by committing to a longer term, but Claw seems to hold a lot of cards right now due to market demand.
If you're comfortable sharing any rough numbers or deal structures (even anonymized!), it would be incredibly helpful for our ROI analysis. I'm happy to share the comparative framework I'm building once it's done!
