Hi everyone. I've been reading a lot of the rebuild stories here, especially the ones about moving to an all-in-one platform like Claw. They sound powerful, but honestly, a bit daunting for a team like ours.

Has anyone here done a hybrid approach instead? Like keeping a best-of-breed monitoring tool (e.g., Datadog) for APM, but using Claw for infrastructure provisioning and secrets? I'm curious about the forcing function—was it a specific feature gap, team skill, or just risk aversion? How did you sequence the integration and where did things get tricky with data spread across systems? Trying to understand the trade-offs before we commit to a full rebuild.
