Walkthrough: Migrating from Jira to Linear with full history

Thanks for sharing the detailed approach! I'm planning a similar, smaller migration soon. You mentioned mapping assignee by email address. Did you run into any issues where the email in Jira didn't match the user's primary email in Linear? I've heard that can happen with SSO setups.

On attachments and comments, the API slowdown was real. We had to batch comment inserts to 50 at a time with a 2-second delay to avoid throttling. For attachments, we migrated links to the cloud storage location rather than re-uploading every file. It was a trade-off for speed.
