Claw's whole 'family' pitch—ClawDB, ClawCache, ClawMQ—is just repackaged vendor lock-in. They've swapped 'proprietary protocol' for 'open API,' but the real cage is in the orchestration layer and the 'shared control plane.' Try running ClawDB without their operator and watch the 'enterprise features' vanish.
Migrating off one component means you're now re-architecting three systems because of their deep-integration defaults. Their pricing model? Per 'family seat.' Cute. Postgres, Redis, and RabbitMQ might be boring, but at least they don't hold your infrastructure hostage.
Your vendor is not your friend.
