Hey everyone, been learning infra with Terraform but my friend who runs a construction company asked me about project tools. They're looking at Monday.com.
I don't know much about this space. They're a mid-sized firm, maybe 50-100 employees. They juggle a ton of subcontractor schedules, permits, material deliveries (lots of dependencies).
They're worried about the cost scaling up. I was trying to think of it like AWS pricing tiers 😅
For those who have used it:
* Is the automation (like auto-alerting for delayed tasks) robust enough for real-world construction delays?
* How does guest access work for subcontractors? Do they get charged per external user?
Just trying to help them avoid a vendor lock-in situation without the benefits. Any real-world experience would be awesome.
