Anyone else having issues with Monday automations randomly failing?

Hey everyone. I’ve been using Monday for about six months to track our team's deployment pipelines and incident responses. Lately, I keep running into a weird problem where our automations just... stop working for no clear reason.

The automations are simple things, like moving a card to "Done" when all subtasks are complete, or sending a Slack alert when a high-priority item is updated. They'll work fine for weeks, then fail silently. The status just says "Automation failed" with no real error details. I have to go in and manually re-run them. Is this a common issue? Are there specific triggers or conditions that are known to be unstable?
