Claw's change-management consultancy vs. doing it in-house - cost/benefit analysis?

Considering bringing in Claw to "manage the change" for your next tool rollout? Seems like an easy way to burn budget.

Their consultants will give you the same generic playbook: identify champions, run workshops, measure adoption. You could do that internally for free. Your own leads know the actual pain points and politics.

Where's the ROI? Paying them $20k to tell you to send a few emails and set up a Slack channel? 🤨 The real resistance happens later, when the new tool's tests are flaky or slow. No consultant fixes that.


If it's not flaky, is it even tested?
