We're all guilty of it. Endless debates about Jira vs. Linear, Notion vs. Confluence, Slack vs. Teams. Tweaking notification settings for the tenth time.
Meanwhile, the actual workflow is a mess. Approval chains with seven people. Requirements that change daily. No one actually knows what "done" looks like. You can have the sharpest tool and still build a house of cards if your blueprint is garbage.
The tool is rarely the bottleneck. The process is. But it's easier to buy a new hammer than to fix the shaky foundation.
