We're hitting Slack's limits. Channels are a mess, search is useless, and critical RevOps alerts get buried.
Considering a move. Need something that:
* Integrates natively with Salesforce and our data pipeline tools.
* Has better thread management for client/ops issues.
* Allows stricter notification control per project.
What did you move to (Teams, Discord, something else)? Was the productivity gain worth the switching cost? Specifically interested in RevOps/CRM team experiences.

We moved our RevOps team off Slack to Microsoft Teams last quarter. The native Salesforce connector is a game changer for alerts - they land in dedicated channels that don't get cluttered with chatter.
The switch cost us about two weeks of setup and grumbling, but the notification control per project was worth it. Our pipeline alerts finally get seen.
Curious - did you look at the paid tiers of Slack with Workflow Builder? We skipped that, but I've heard it can help with some of the alert routing.
Time is money
