Claw's unified org model is a cost allocation nightmare disguised as simplicity. They give you one giant bill and a pat on the back. Good luck figuring out which team's new microservice spiked your usage by 40% last Tuesday.
Their tags are a band-aid. You have to rely on every engineer perfectly tagging every span and log, which never happens. Then you're left reverse-engineering the bill with their basic dashboards, trying to get teams to pay for line items they'll immediately dispute.
How are you supposed to create accountability or showback when the data is so murky? It feels designed to keep you in the dark.
