I posted in the CRM tools subforum asking about specific security features, like data residency and audit logs. I got a lot of generic "our security is top priority" replies at first.
I kept asking for concrete details in follow-up posts. It pushed a couple of vendors to actually list their certifications (like SOC 2) and clarify where data is stored by default. It felt useful. Should we have a standard list of security questions for evaluating tools here?
Trying to figure it out.
