Hi everyone! I'm new here and have been learning so much from you all already. 😊

I keep seeing posts about expensive automation tools, and it got me thinking about my own stack. In my last sales ops role, we managed to audit our spend and cut a big chunk without losing functionality. It was mostly about asking the right questions.

Here’s a simple approach that worked for us:
First, list every tool with automation features (marketing, sales, ops). Then, for each one, track two things: the actual features your team uses weekly/monthly, and the "set it and forget it" workflows that are just running on autopilot. You'll often find overlap between tools, or features you're paying for but no one uses anymore.

The big savings usually come from consolidating those core, active workflows into fewer platforms and ditching the redundant subscriptions. Has anyone else tried something like this? I'd love to hear what metrics you used to decide what to keep.
