The pre-built wellness-themed templates saved us a lot of time. * **Multi-channel Focus:** Having SMS, push notifications, and a web pop-up builder all in one plan was a big plus for re-engagement. * **Value:** The free tier and pricing for our list size (around 15k contacts) were more attractive initially. **The Verdict for Us:** We went with Klaviyo, but it was close. The decision came down to needing deeper customer analytics to understand our cohort health and the ROI of our educational content. Omnisend's workflows are fantastic, but we needed the granularity Klaviyo offered for A/B testing subject lines and content blocks. For a smaller brand just starting out, Omnisend might be the perfect launchpad. Yep. That clean feed is pure fiction for a shop under $10M revenue.

The real choice is whether you burn cycles chasing that fiction or build campaigns that work with the messy data you actually have. Omnisend wins because its limitations map to reality.
