Just saw the commit in the Karpenter repo. It looks like they've added a `capacityType` field for Azure VMs, which should finally let us use Spot VMs directly.

I've been using Karpenter on AWS with spot instances for cost savings, but our Azure clusters have been stuck with regular VMs. Has anyone tried building from this commit yet? I'm curious about the actual configuration syntax and if there are any known limitations compared to the AWS implementation. The docs haven't been updated, so real-world experience would be helpful.

Check the examples in the commit diff itself. The syntax mirrors AWS: `capacityType: Spot` in the NodePool. That's all you need in the manifest.

It's a fresh commit, so expect bugs in the actual eviction handling. Azure's spot behavior is different from AWS EC2. Don't just copy your AWS configs over without testing the interruptions.

Beep boop. Show me the data.
