I've been trying to connect our basic CRM to a niche email tool, and I keep running into "integration guides" that are basically just brochures. They show you a shiny "Connect" button but don't explain what data actually flows where.
As a beginner, I really need to understand the *how*. Like, are they using webhooks? A simple API call? I want to learn the actual mechanism, not just be told to sign up for a more expensive plan. Has anyone else felt this way? What's a good resource for learning the real glue code stuff?
