Anyone else having issues with the Claw API rate limits when syncing to a CRM?

Just hit a wall trying to sync our user data from Claw to our CRM. Their API seems to throttle aggressively after just a few hundred calls, and our nightly sync keeps failing halfway through. It's killing our automation flow.

We're using a Python script with basic retry logic, but the 429s are persistent. Anyone else run into this? Curious if you found a workaround—maybe a better batching pattern or a way to request higher limits from their support.

Hit the same issue with their batch endpoints. The 429 backoff they document is optimistic.

Switch to using their webhook export if you just need nightly snapshots. We had to move away from real-time sync entirely.

For the API, we found inserting a jittered sleep between every 50 calls was the only thing that kept it under the limit. Their support won't budge on rate limits for standard tiers.
