Hi everyone. Our small team just started using PagerDuty. I’ve been reading about DevOps but this is my first real on-call tool.
I want to set things up right from the start. What are the most important concepts or features I should learn first? I’m especially curious about avoiding alert fatigue and making sure our alerts are useful. Any common beginner mistakes to watch out for?
