Hey everyone 👋,

I've been trying to optimize my IntelliJ IDEA setup for a while now, aiming for that perfect blend of AI-powered assistance. My goal is to pair the deep, context-aware code completions from Tabnine with the fantastic, LLM-driven chat and refactoring capabilities of the OpenClaw plugin. On paper, it sounds like a dream team, but in practice... I've hit some pretty significant roadblocks.

My environment:
- **Editor:** IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate 2024.1.3
- **OS:** macOS Ventura 13.6
- **Key Plugins:** OpenClaw (latest), Tabnine (latest), plus a few others like GitToolBox and String Manipulation.

The issues I'm encountering aren't subtle:
* **Severe Editor Lag:** Typing becomes noticeably sluggish, with a 300-500ms delay sometimes, especially in larger Java or Kotlin files.
* **Memory Spikes:** Watching the IDE's memory usage in Activity Monitor, I see frequent jumps, with the Java process sometimes hitting 2.5GB+ on a moderately sized project.
* **Incomplete Suggestions:** Both plugins seem to fight for the same keybindings and suggestion pop-up real estate. Sometimes I get a weird hybrid popup that's clearly conflicted, or one of them just stops offering completions entirely.

I suspect both plugins are heavily processing the same code context in the background, leading to resource contention. Has anyone managed to get these two to play nicely together? I'm looking for a stable configuration, not just a temporary workaround.

Here’s what I've tried so far without complete success:

```json
// In my Tabnine config (tabnine_config.json)
{
"ignore_patterns": [
"**/node_modules/**",
"**/.gradle/**"
],
"debounce_ms": 150 // Tried increasing this
}
```

And for OpenClaw, I've tried disabling its own inline completion in settings to let Tabnine handle that, while keeping the chat features. It helped a little, but the lag and memory issues persisted.

My specific questions are:
1. Is there a known working configuration or a specific version combination of these plugins that is more stable?
2. Should I be looking at adjusting JVM flags for IntelliJ itself (`-Xmx`, `-XX:ReservedCodeCacheSize`) to better accommodate both?
3. Are there any hidden "auto-completion" or "background analysis" settings in either plugin that I should toggle to reduce overlap?

Any detailed recipes or gotchas from those who've walked this path would be incredibly appreciated. The community wisdom on plugin interaction is always better than my solo debugging!
