I've been using the built-in VS Code test runner for a few months, mostly with Jest and Playwright. The new UI with the separate "Testing" panel feels like a big change.
For those who've tried it: do you find it more helpful than the old status bar/decorations approach? I'm curious if it handles large test suites better, or if it's just a different layout. Also, has anyone gotten it to work smoothly with custom test commands or less common frameworks?
