Hey everyone, I'm pretty new to managing HR systems, so I'm still figuring things out. My team switched from ADP to HiBob about six months ago, and I wanted to share my beginner experience.
The main pros for me were HiBob's user interface is much easier to navigate 😅. Setting up basic employee profiles felt more intuitive. However, I'm still unsure about payroll processing depth. ADP felt more automated for tax filings. Has anyone else found HiBob's compliance coverage to be okay, especially for multi-state in the US? Also, their support was quick when we had a login issue, but I worry about a real payroll problem.
