Looking to standardize our global contractor payments and potentially move some full-time employees onto a unified platform. Our primary KPI is compliance risk reduction, with secondary goals of reducing manual ops overhead and improving payment velocity.

We've narrowed the field to Deel and Remote.com, as both promise comprehensive tax and legal coverage. We operate in 12 countries currently (US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Brazil, Mexico). I'm less interested in basic feature lists and more in:

* **Actual compliance coverage:** Where have you encountered gaps? Specifically for local tax filings, mandatory benefits, or year-end documentation.
* **Integration reliability:** We push data from our HRIS (HiBob) and pull into NetSuite. Which platform has more robust, field-mapped APIs with minimal sync failures?
* **Support SLA adherence:** When payroll *does* break (missed deadlines, filing errors), what's the actual response time and resolution path? Do they own the financial penalties?

Initial analysis shows Deel has stronger contractor-focused features, while Remote seems to emphasize full-time employment. However, their marketing claims are converging. I need data from real implementations.

Key questions for the community:
* What has been your experience with audit trails for tax filings in complex jurisdictions?
* How do their attribution models work for tracking acquisition costs per hired entity?
* Any A/B testing stories on payment methods (e.g., Deel's card vs. direct bank transfer) affecting contractor satisfaction or fee structures?
