Just tried a free trial of Sage Intacct's AP module. Our firm (around 50 people, project-based work) has been using the built-in bill pay in QuickBooks Online Advanced for years. The difference in workflow is huge.
Intacct seems built for real multi-entity stuff and complex approval chains. But QBO is just... there and works. Is the jump in complexity and cost worth it for a services business that's growing but not massively complex? Mostly concerned with scaling AP without drowning in clicks. Anyone made this switch?
