Hey everyone, I'm still pretty new to the infrastructure side of things, mostly coming from a dev background.
I saw the news about SendGrid's latest API outage. For those of us relying on them for transactional emails, it's a bit worrying. I'm currently evaluating tools for a project. For someone at my level, how big of a red flag is this? Should I be looking at alternatives now, or is this just part of using any major service? Would love to hear what more experienced folks are thinking. 😅
