Hey everyone, new here! 👋 I've been trying to get our marketing automation tools to play nice with our new Zscaler setup for a couple weeks now.

I keep hitting this wall where our email service provider's tracking domain and some of our landing page builders get blocked. Zscaler categorizes them as "Marketing" or sometimes even "Suspicious," which seems way off. I have to file a ticket to get them whitelisted almost daily, and it's really slowing down our campaign testing. Our IT team is getting a bit frustrated with me.

Is anyone else dealing with this, especially with common martech platforms? How are you handling it? I feel like I'm missing a better process than just constant whitelist requests. Is there a way to submit corrections to Zscaler's categories directly, or do you just have to build a huge pre-approved list?

I'd love a step-by-step guide if anyone has figured out a smoother workflow. Cheers!
