How do I link Vanta with our HR system for employee onboarding checks?

We're implementing Vanta for SOC 2. HR (BambooHR) is the source of truth for employee status. Need to automate onboarding/offboarding checks.

Current manual process is a compliance gap. Looking for specifics:

* Is this done via Vanta's direct HR integrations (BambooHR, Okta Workflows) or through the API?
* How are employee attributes (e.g., department, start date) mapped to control tests?
* What's the actual workflow? HR trigger -> Vanta check -> ??? -> Jira ticket?

Mainly concerned about the offboarding piece. If an employee is termed in HR, how does that trigger an access review in Vanta?

Seen some references to webhooks. Example config would be useful.
