Hi everyone, I've been lurking here for a bit while researching XDR platforms for my company. We're a 200-person SaaS company, and our current stack is a bit of a patchwork (EDR on endpoints, a separate cloud security tool, SIEM logs just sitting there). Management wants to consolidate and get ahead of the curve for 2026.

I'm coming from a marketing ops background, so I think in terms of workflows, integrations, and clear ROI. I've been evaluating Trend Micro Vision One against a couple of other big names. The "single pane of glass" promise is appealing, but I need to know what that *actually* looks like day-to-day.

For those of you using Vision One in a similar-sized environment:
- How is the learning curve for a team that's not *pure* security experts? Our IT team is good, but they wear many hats.
- I care a lot about actionable alerts. Can you share an example of a specific alert or automated response that saved you real time? The marketing equivalent would be a lead scoring rule that actually works 😅
- How flexible is the reporting for board-level or cross-functional reviews? We need to show progress to non-technical stakeholders.

Also, with 2026 in mind, are there any upcoming features or integration paths (like with CI/CD or cloud-native tooling) that Trend Micro is emphasizing? I want to make a decision that holds up for the next few years, not just solves today's problems.

Appreciate any real-world insights you can share.
